We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is comfortable working both online and on the ground. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital marketing but is also happy stepping out for field activities, events, and promotions. You’ll play a key role in increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and building strong customer connections. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing activities across social media, email, and online platforms Visit field locations to support promotions and campaigns for property portal Coordinate with teams to support lead generation and local marketing initiatives Manage content posting, basic ad campaigns, and online engagement Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and on-ground promotions Collect market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information from the field Track campaign performance and share regular updates and reports Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital and offline activities Requirements & Qualifications: Prior experience in marketing is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers can apply Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities Good communication skills and a people-friendly attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Project Coordination: Assist in preparing construction documents and specifications for project development. Drafting Documentation: Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, renderings, and visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion. Compliance Research: Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance. Site Visits: Participate in site visits, surveys, and documentation to collect data, assess project progress, and ensure accurate design implementation. Interaction: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients as needed Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Arch) or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution. Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates in architecture, ideally in an architectural firm or design studio. Skills: •Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion, required). •Familiar with editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva). •Skilled in creating detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings. •Basic knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction techniques. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. •Licensing: COA Registration preferred.
